In this information centre, visitors can prepare themselves for a visit to the nearby Veluwezoom National Park.
In a single architectural statement, all functions of this centre are combined in a newly built corridor which links a number of new and existing barns with each other. In this abstract tree, covered with wood from the immediate vicinity around the visitors’ centre, visitors can find stories about elements that make this area so special: the beauty of the environment, the contrast and the wild animals. These stories are presented in different ways so as to ensure that there is something for both young and old. In a specially designed pit, children can enjoy themselves rolling around like wild pigs.
